I wish I could live in them. They are a dream.
I was able to wear them under a dress and they were very soft and comfortable. They are a little thicker than I had thought they would have been, but you can wear them around the house with a shirt and they are still appropriate. Not see through.
These shorts are amazing. I am plus size and they are on the larger side for me, but they feel like heaven! I tend to prefer more support, but these are perfect for lounging comfortably around the house are slipping on under a dress.
I mean let’s be honest, Bao Bei is amazing and all of their products are made especially for momma and momma-to-be, from the amazing bralette to the undies. But these shorties truly are a dream for expectant mom’s. I live in these shorts and would wear them everyday until baby arrives. I’d probably wear them every day after as well though! They are super soft, super comfortable and breathable, and they feel like a second skin just like the bralette. You cannot go wrong with the shorties, especially in summer months and late second to third trimester, when life with the bump isn’t so comfortable anymore. Thank you Bao Bei!
These shorts are the most comfortable shorts. I loved them during my twin pregnancy especially in the final trimester. I also loved them for postpartum. They were so comfortable to wear after my emergent c-section. I even wore my babobei belly band over them or wore my abdominal binder over them too during the first few weeks of recovery. These are definitely one of my favorite products and I feel are such a great deal financially as well. I honestly plan on still wearing them to sleep in even after post partum.
I got the cheeky undies to wear postpartum and they fit great! I had a C-Section and didn't want to wear anything low cut. I wore these and a robe ALL THE TIME!
I ordered these specifically for postpartum use and had a lot of questions on the support/compression. I’m wearing these 6 days after birth and they’re great - supportive on my recovering belly without being uncomfortable. The cheeky fit is substantial enough for a pad and ice pack but cute enough to wear later on too.
I was looking for something to "smooth out" my tummy without being restrictive, like Spanxs, and I love these! I bought two when they were on sale, and went back for two more. They are really comfortable and exactly what I was looking for! I'm currently pregnant, but will definitely be wearing these again postpartum. It's so nice to finally have something I know is comfortable for after giving birth - I really hated that awkward granny panty phase where nothing looked good or fit! I have the M/L and am usually about a size 12.
I bought these for after my birth when they were having a sale. I would say they are only OK.
PROS: Comfy, soft, high waisted. Perfect for post C-section.
CONS: I was expecting more compression, there is none. I was also expecting more of a cheeky style, these are more like regular underwear. I have some other high waist undies that are very comparable and were much less expensive. Not worth the $$$ in my opinion.
I’m 29 weeks pregnant and these are super comfy! They have just the right amount of compression and are very flattering but beware like most of the bloomers they still give ya panty lines! My only complaint again is like with the other bloomers the little cotton area that your crotch is supposed to be on is very small and placed far back in the undies so it’s more on your bum than your front if ya know what I mean
Love these!! So comfy and cool will be ordering more
I was skeptical and hesitant in buying these, but I love other Bao Bei products and the positive reviews convinced me. I'm so glad I got them! They are incredible comfortable at 18 weeks and I know they'll be just as comfortable at the end of my pregnancy. The material is perfect for summer heat/humidity and will transition to my postpartum wardrobe easily.
If I could, I would live in these. They’re so comfy, stretchy, and supportive without feeling too tight or hot. They are also opaque enough to be squat proof while still being lightweight and breathable. The only downside is the limited colour choices!
I’m 36 weeks, 5’4” and 175#. I ordered the smaller size and really like them. Soft, comfortable and cover the belly. These are not compression shorts though. Just for comfort. A bit pricey for what you get but when you wear them every day at home (and for the lack of good belly coverage with other brands!), it’s worth it.
