Sculpt & Recovery Postpartum Leggings
I wear them all the time.
I first bought the cropped version of these leggings because that was the only version available at the time I needed them—and I purchased a size Medium for early postpartum when I was still rather….squishy. They were very tight and I thought I would never need a Small! But reader, your uterus does contract, and things do come back together, and at 5 months postpartum, I was ready for a Small. These leggings became available in the full-length version, and I snapped up a pair immediately. For reference I was a size 4 / Small in pants pre-pregnancy.
I pretty much live in them as they are like wearing a hug. They make me feel held together and a bit like my pre-pregnancy self. I love that they were designed by a physical therapist so I feel like they are safe and therapeutic rather than about “waist-training” or slimming down. At the moment I am focusing on restoring my core and pelvic floor and I know that there is time for weight loss. In the meantime, these leggings help me feel and look my best! I recommend them to all my pp friends!
5’6” pre baby weight 160lbs, currently 185-190lbs 3 weeks PP. I had terrible SPD and sciatica my whole pregnancy - back to back babies. I have pretty bad diastis recti this time around. The gentle compression is really helpful and I strongly recommend these. Worth the price.
I gave birth to my second baby in January, and I have been living in these leggings (and the support bloomers). I'm 5'3" and the crop length comes to just above my ankles. I love the high waist for support and nursing, they are the perfect weight, and they stay up while chasing a toddler. I tried other brands of postpartum leggings with my first child, and they do not compare to these!
